ex.
φ(12)= 4 ⇒ (1,5,7,11)
φ(13)=12 ⇒ (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12)
φ(14)= 6 ⇒ (1,3,5,9,11,13)

F(n+1)=(p+r)/(q+s)
You see F(2). 1/2=(0/1)+(1/1)
In F(3), 1/3=(0/1)+(1/2) and 2/3=(1/2)+(1/1)
In F(4), 1/4=(0/1)+(1/3) and 3/4=(2/3)+(1/1)
In F(5), φ(5)=4. 1/5=(0/1)+(1/4), 2/5=(1/3)+(1/2), 3/5=(1/2)+(2/3), 4/5=(3/4)+(1/1)
